A rather breif history of Niña Wolfganng Geoffer, And a bit about her family, too.

You clicked the link... Now suffer.

This is for people who may or may not have been curious about the Niña Wolf's past. I did this so I didn't have to e-mail three big files to friends who wanted to know my pre-written character past. I hope people won't godmode my weaknesses, because there are a helluva lot of 'em.

Let me tell you now, this is as concise a history as I could create with someone as complex as Niña to write about. Forgive me... GOMEN NASAI!

Niña has a rather interesting history, in that almost all the action and adventure happen within a two-to-three year period, depending on who you talk to. She exists within three storylines, which are all similar in many aspects, but are changed in many others. This is the generic storyline for all of these. Ask whichever Niña you're talking to about other details and that should tell you who you're talking to.

Family History

She was born into a well-off family, the daughter of Opal Flame and Silvermuzzle Josef Geoffer. She has five brothers, all older than her. Her parents had a habit of naming their children in a descriptive manner, which you will see in a moment. The font colour describing each brother is very fitting, and used to intensify the description of them.

Her eldest brother,
Blackmane Josiah Geoffer, is a bold warrior, with some minor magical abilities. He had a tendency to bring home strange and powerful friends. He is twenty years older than his sister, and has friends of all age groups, but mostly are of the "powerful and mighty" range rather than his sister's weaker status. He has dark brown fur, long black hair in a perpetually messy ponytail, and narrow golden eyes.

The next brother was Artemis Blake Geoffer, a year younger than Blackmane. He was quiet, pale, and effeminate. His eyes were a china blue and he was skinny. He has very strong magical abilites. He is a pyrokinetic/telepathic with pale blue hair to match his eyes. His most defining trait, however, is that his left ear flops down.

Greymuzzle Karl Geoffer is one year younger than Artemis. He is the strongest of the family. The most polite way to describe this shaggy wolf is muddy brown. The only part of him that wasn't this brown was his namesake, his stone grey muzzle. He likes to fight, and he is the least magically talented of his whole family.

Halfheart Francis Geoffer is the most mysterious of her brothers. He had ice-blue eyes and a silver-white coat. His hair was an odd shade of red. The first sound he made was a mournful sigh. He spent his whole life doing things halfheartedly. He had no will to live. He was one year younger than Greymuzzle, and easily the most unhappy of the whole family. It is unknown whether or not he still lives.

The youngest brother, fifteen years older than Niña, is Bluenose Jackson Geoffer. Whatever he did he did loudly. He was grey with brown spots, and an odd blue membrane on his nose, the inside of his ears, and tongue that made them blue. He wore dresses just to wear dresses, looked almost more masculine than Greymuzzle, and was otherwise the opposite of his calm and reserved brothers in every way. He was closest to Niña, and introduced her to several young men and women her age. His first sound at birth was a laugh.

Niña was born fifteen years after her mother thought she was done giving birth to children. Niña was dubbed "The baby girl" at birth, and so she was named "Baby girl". Niña was in trouble from the moment she was born. She couldn't avoid doing something she shouldn't be doing. Her parents enjoyed her immensely, however, because she never did anything harmful.

She was a splotchy brown, with beautiful blue eyes and brilliant red hair. This is to change in about 17 years.

Each brother gave her a lesson. Blackmane taught her how to fight. Artemis taught her how to use telepathy to some extent, although she's still rather bad at it. Greymuzzle taught her how to defeat someone without death. Halfheart taught her to become detached from the worst life could give her, and how to use such detachment to her advantage. Bluenose taught her to revel in the present and enjoy herself in whatever she chose to do.

What other people are likely to know.

At five Niña fell from the top of a tree, almost cutting out her left eye. She was in a coma for months, and woke up a more serious okami than before.. She still enjoyed herself, but she was more cautious and more distant from life.

At fifteen she was inducted into the palace guard. She was a very talented young wolf, and served the crown faithfully.

At seventeen she had advanced fairly well in rank. She had shown herself to have leadership skills many others didn't have. She was walking down the hall one day with full intent to get herself a glass of water when she passed the king. She tripped on a loose tile and fell. She fell in time to knock the king down and get her ear shot off by an assasin. The bullett had been aimed to kill the king. She stood up, apologizing profusely for getting the king's uniform bloody. Suddenly, someone span her around and looked into her eyes. He notified her that she had just saved the king's life, and she fainted. Two months later she was promoted to Captain of the Guard.

Only one month after her promotion the kingdom was overthrown. Niña was heartbroken, and vowed revenge. Seperated from her brothers, she began to find her own way through life.

She trained to become a battle-berserker. She slowly learned how to listen to the wolf-instincts within her. She was later told that she was following the Path of Fury by a wandering preist. He told her that the Path of Fury was a Path of the Destroyer. He taught her how to channel her rage into a strong energy she could feed off of physically. This energy evidenced itself in the Wolf-Rage, a complete battle berserker during which she only vaguely recognizes her friends as friends and the enemy as something to destroy. The rage within continued to grow, and she became more and more scarred with each battle. At one point she lost her arm.

The Wolf-Rage took it's toll on her in a mildly strange way, too. She became more shaggy, and appeared wild and unkempt. Surprisingly, though, she was still maddeningly beautiful in a more feral manner. People didn't know what to make of her, and she was unofficially ostracized. She wandered off one day and nobody bothered to look for her except the preist.

During one of her Wolf-Rages she paused. She had noticed a set of eyes in the distance and the Wolf-Rage died within her for a moment. This moment was long enough for her right eye to get torn out. She remembered later what happened, and took the missing eye as a reminder to let her compassion rule her life every so often. She opted to have a patch riveted over it in order to remind her that she was almost blind during that battle. She had her first taste of love that day, and became very depressed for a short time. This taste has never been forgotten, and has left her mildly bitter.

Using both sides of herself, she gathered a band of rag-tag warriors and spies. Each of them, like her, had a reason to be rejected by society. They banded together into a surprisingly effective team, with the former Captain of the Guard to guide them. During one of their recon. missions, Niña fell into a chemical. She came out, her hair perpetually a weird olive green. Her eye became a weird, almost evil green and the pupil had gone blood-red and slitted like a feline's. She was otherwise unchanged.

These events all happened within one year. (Gawk in amazement. I actually have a timeline written up somewhere, and it's actually feasable.)

When she was eighteen she got her leg shot off during an excessively long Wolf-Rage. The preist who taught her how to create these taught her another art. The art of the Unfeeling Frenzy. She avoids using this, however, because although she can feel to some extent in the Wolf-Rage, the Unfeeling Frenzy causes her to become little more than a killing machine. During the Unfeeling Frenzy her strength multiplies, almost quadruples, and her agility does the same. Unfortunately, however, she loses the ability to feel pain or any emotion. She will attack everything and anything in her way. She despises the filthy sensation she gets when she comes out of the Unfeeling Frenzy, and so avoids it at almost every cost.

She now considers herself a full tool of the Destroyer.

During her eighteenth year a demon approached her, claiming his name to be Shadow Tendrils. He explained that a name is simply something to refer to someone by and that Shadow Tendrils suited the purpose just fine. He was a black eight-tailed fox with large black bat-wings and unearthly glowing red eyes. He inducted Niña as a succubus, and gave her wings to match her fur and hair. He told her that he was impressed with how well she managed to be so beautiful with all her scars and metal prosthetics. She has never attempted to hide her wings, although her hair is more than long enough to do so. She considers it somewhere between a mark of honour and a mark of shame.

This brings us to the present time, with scars where varying people and bounty hunters have attempted to cut out her throat, sever her hamstrings, and burn out her achilles tendon. Only one of these bounty hunters has survived her Rage. She has a yellow-and-red tiara-shaped
tattoo on her left side, just under the breast a few inches. Frequently this is covered up by either her rags or her long, shaggy fur. She still battles to remove the man who usurped the throne from power, and is still considered a hunted wolf. This is the point where two of the universes break off. For further reading, continue to Universe 1 or Universe 2.

She still searches for her brothers, eternally hopeful yet eternally hopeless. She doubts they will ever turn up.

  • AGE: 18

  • SEX: Female. VERY female.

  • WEIGHT: With metal prosthetics, 200 lbs. Without, 150 lbs of muscle and bone.

  • WEAPONS: Claws, a silver fang, and a lazer implanted in the middle finger of her right arm. Crystalline manifestations of varying weapons or armour.

  • OCCUPATION: Professional Bakemono Hunter

  • MARITAL STATUS: Married

  • NAME OF SIGNIFICANT OTHER: Tep Kit

  • ATTACKS: Three levels of The Rage.
  • Reasoning Rage: Only used when the enemy can be reasoned with. She becomes stronger, but hardly. Her agility is unchanged, and she retains the ability to reason with the opponent to some extent.
  • Wolf-Rage: Agility and strength doubles. Used only when negotiation has failed. She retains the ability to recognize a friend as a friend and an enemy as an enemy. She can understand vaguely what people are saying and respond quickly.
  • Unfeeling Rage: Agility and strength is effectively quadrupled. She loses all ability to feel both physically and emotionally. Anythng that gets between her and her target is likely to be ripped to shreds. She is just as likely to kill a friend as an enemy in this state.

  • She can be easily talked out of the Reasoning Rage and the Wolf-Rage because a small amount of thought remains. The Unfeeling Rage is more difficult to talk her down from because she ceases thinking on a level above instinct. All Rages are stoppable by the removal of her target most of the time, although sometimes the Rage remains. Each Rage has a different level of injury it can sustain. Frequently she sustains this much damage and then slips into the next level of Rage. The Reasoning Rage can handle injury to the point of a few cuts that hurt enough to slow down a normal person. The Wolf-Rage is capable of taking injury to the point of unconsiousness. The Unfeeling Rage's injury threshold is somewhere near death's door. The best way to talk her out of a Rage is by taking her by the shoulders, holding her still, being firm, and telling her to calm down. When her target has left and she remains in Rage, it's pretty much the only way to get her out of it.

  • ATTIRE: If she's not wearing rags she's not wearing anything. Sometimes she wears a pair of bright red stilletto heels, sometimes she wears a calf-high purple boot on her left foot. Occasionally she wears a steel-grey metallic lipstick, but only when she wants to look especially pretty for someone (Normally for Tep, although he can't tell.).
  • HEIGHT: Approximately five feet and six inches on taller days. When she's having a shorter day, she's about five feet and four inches.
  • FAVOURITE COLOUR: Depends on the mood. Normally blue. back to top

    An amazingly accurate physical description

Once again, I use varying font colours to emphasise.

She wears rags of varying shades, depending on her mood. These rags are made of very tough materials, and the only reason she wears them is that other people get surprised and offended at her nudity. Half the time, however, she wears nothing. People are getting more used to this than they were. Frequently covered by either her shaggy fur or her rags is a golden-yellow tiara-shaped
tattoo. She has only one ear.
Her right eye was torn out during a Wolf-Rage and now she wears a metal patch riveted directly into the bone in its place. She has refused to let anybody heal it back, or even implant a prosthetic eye. She considers it a mark of shame and refuses to hide it.
Her left eye is an eerie green, and the pupil is an evilly slitted red slash. There is a scar over this eye, gained when she was five. The colouration in this eye used to be blue, but she fell into a chemical vat not too long ago and her colouration was changed. Her once-bright red hair turned into an odd olive green, and has remained that way since.
At one point, both of her fangs were broken. She opted to have only one of them replaced with an oversized shining silver fang, which she uses to rend metal and bite throats.
Her right leg is flesh, and her left leg has been replaced with a shining silver prosthetic. Her right arm is also a metal prosthetic, and has a lazer implanted in the middle finger. She considers this an amazingly effective placement of such an item. She has a pair of batlike wings that are brown in the bony areas and green in the webbed areas to match her fur and hair respectively. Her hair is more than long enough to hide them, but she rarely decides to.
Otherwise, she is a shaggy and blotchy brown.
